How Can severe Sinus Infection Be Treated?

My husband has been ill for a few months. He has seen a physician on two occasions, and he is not feeling any better. He was diagnosed with a sinus infection. His head is pounding, and according to our blood pressure cuff his pressure is 164 over 88. He is on daily medication to control his blood pressure, and now I don t know what to do to help him.

Hi,

Your husband has chronic sinusitis. As a doctor, I would have prescribed the following medicines:
* Augmentin thrice daily for 10 days
* Levocetrizine once daily for 10 days
* Steam inhalation 2-3 times daily for 10 days

His blood pressure needs to be monitored for a few days. ou can even get back to us after 3-5 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks.
